Gains lost are usually fat and water retention. If muscle is lost Post cycle then your doing some things wrong, either your PCT is not up to par or your diet sucks. Alcohol can also take a toll on muscle while during PCT.

tbol is fine on its own, i like 80mg/day but you should start with atleast 60.

i gained about 10 kept 6 or so. its one of the few orals that can be run by itself

great drug. start at 40 mg and see if it upsets your stomach. can go as high as 80 after a few weeks, but 60 is probably fine...

Great pumps in the gym; should gain and keep some solid muscle. great with test. would use at the end of cycle to harden and bridge to pct - maybe test weeks 1-12, tbol 8-14

Best oral cycle ever. With anavar its even better. If I could afford it Id do high dose t-bol cycles often.

An amazing drug if you asked me. I gained 3lbs a week for 4 weeks on this stuff. (Unfortanelty I got sick while running it so didn't end up with 12lbs but scale went up 3lbs each week) came out about 8-9 (8.5 I think) lbs heavier after just 30 days.

I dub tbol as the smartest oral that you can take. Low to no sides, cheap and very effective. I usually jump with tbol since I don't do highly androgenic orals anymore. But I am going to run tbol at the end of my current 4 month test e, EQ cycle. I think it's the best oral AAS value on the market.
