Gear, training, diet and holidays
Ok, so i've always taken a week off training after 8 weeks of training. i always stick to my diet and find that the one week rest is essential. everytime i go on holidays since i've started bodybuilding, it's never been more then 1.5 weeks.
at the end of this year, i will be going overseas for 3 weeks. my diet will be kept up to scratch as best as possible but since i will be stuck with family in a country i've never been to before, i know i won't be able to eat properly at all. i'll attempt to train heavy compound exercises here and there if i can find a gym. but this also looks unlikely.
either way, it is enivatable that i will lose SOME weight and strength. i can always bulk when i get back, but just curious as to what you guys would do as far as cycles go?
since i will be losing weight from the no training and shit diet, is it worth cycling before i go? or should i just wait until i get back and then do a nice bulker?
i figure that natural muscle will be easier to retain on such a long time off. i'm worried that the cycle would be a waste as all the muscle gained from it would fade away.

Personally, I would complete the cycle and PCT before leaving.

Surely impressing people is more about you as a person and not how you look. Sounds more vain than anything

Whenit comes to family, you'll find how you treat and respect their daughter or sister will have a bigger impact on them than your size. You should concentrate more on showing that side of you when you're with them than size

cycle before going? or stay natural until then. taking into consideration muscle preservation

I would Cycle and do PCT one more time before I would take a big brake

i'do do it after you came back, because you'd just lode everything whiile one the tipr anyways......but i do understand wanting to look yout best for the ocassion

enjoy your holiday.. then get back home and train hard. then start another cycle when your back into your full routine.. muscle memory will be a major factor in this.
