    Injection site question

For the past 4 weeks I have been shooting test e twice a week in my right quad. I was just curious if you guys thought it would be okay to continue using my right quad? I know scar tissue can be an issue, but with the shots being only 2X a week, and the vastus lateralis being such a large muscle, I didn't know if scar tissue would really be an issue. If so, I can always alternate legs, I'm just leery of the left quad because I had ACL surgery about 2 months ago and that quad is still pretty weak. Let me know what you guys think.

I always advocate rotation. Why not the gluts?

your probably ok since its only twice a wk, but would still recommend rotation. why not try out the glutes? i rotate six injection sites.

NICE lol. I don't have experience there though. I'll research it for sure though. Do you guys think the left quad will be okay even after the surgery and decreased strength/function right now?
