I am currently doing this cycle just started 1 week ago, also using winstrol as the kicker there at the end for the last 6-8 weeks...have not really gotten far but really expecting it to be a good lean mass cycle, dont wanna gain too much mass but all in all should be quality eh??

always being on low carbs all the time could be the reason you get fat easily. Carbs are the fuel for the fat furnace.

im doin 600mg eq, 250 test c. I kinda do have a carb craving, but whatever im treating this as a bulking cycle since im so hungry, so i just go for it. I dont really care if i get fat, ive been skinny most of my life, id be happy to have a little bf for a change. PLus i get cold easy, maybe itll cure that haha

i love going low carb but not all the damn time, it is kind of fun to do cardio in the morning and then test myself throughout the day to make sure i can work through the hunger ...and maybe i do lose some fullness but if I am trying to lean up then that is exactly what i am trying to do (not lose fullness but lean up at whatever cost ...except muscle loss thats why I would include the aas) but if fullness is lost, it can be gained back within a few days..

if u eat enough prots and fats u might still gain ok but its deff less effective than higher carbs. have u tried higher carbs while on cycle? i find my body deals with them differently than when im off, in other words i dont tend to gain fat as easily while on cycle, also another thought do u seperate ur carbs n fats?

Thats the exact samethings Im doing to be honest with yea mate.

Test Blend and EQ with HIGH protein and low carbs.

    Test Blend @ 1000+ mg/week
    Equipoise @ 600+ mg/week

    Protein - 400+ grams/day
    Carbs - Less then 100/day

Roughly thats what Im doing. I dont crave food more. I think thats alot of BS. I do get the ODD ultra hungry day but thats it. I have a 'cheat meal' on saturdays so.....

Stats: 6'0, 210 pounds, BF - roughly 5-8% year around, depending on time of year.

I was like this at one point, or so i thought. Its water retention from the carbs, not fat. It just gives the impression of fat.

For future references, gradually increase carbs spaced out at every/ever other meal and you will stay lean due to the increase in metabolism.
