Shot mishap
I think I shot to low and now i got a knot, is there any thing to be worried about and did i waste my shot or will my body absorb it? sore as hell but not puffy but a little bruised.

Will eventually go away. Had a knot on my hip area that took over 2 years to go away. Usually gone in a month or so.

well it was low on the right side a nice lil knot and sore as shit, But im more worried did I waste my shot.

Try rubbing the area and applying heat.

Okay I dont do my own shots im a puss but, i need to learn how, i looked at sitespecfic.com and that looks almost on the damn hip...... i got 23g 1 1/2" needles I dont want to hit nothing

Personally I prefer to shoot quads, 25ga 1" pins. 23 1 1/2" should be fine for glutes, you'll get the hang of it.

Its litteraly a pain in the ass till then though, I need like a video on it lol, also sum 1 told me theres really no wrong spot on the glutes.

If it's in your body it will absorb it's just going to absorb at a different rate if it's not in the muscle. Just work on your technique and work on getting it right so you don't have these issues again.
