    Question Plz help

    Hi ! I'm a newbie ....Plz help

    I never use steroids before...I'm 5'7'' , weight 145 lbs, 33 years old, been workout for the last 3 yrs (5 days/week). I'm a very hard gainner. eat between 3-6 meals / day ...in between taking whey protein and creatine pre. and post. work out....also taking multi vitamins and minerals.

    I have a bottle of Deca Edited. Do not post lab names. 200 (50 mL). I would like to try this ....any suggestion on my first cycle..... I read somewhere that say I need to take about (200 mg - 400 mg / week) but I'm not good at doing a convertion. So please tell me how many cc to I need to take per week.

    Is there anything else , that I need to take with this Deca Edited. Do not post lab names. 200 200.

    Your advices would be greatly appreciated.

    My advice is simple, don't do it.
    For starters, post your full stats including age and diet.
    Next, do some research, and learn why most people say a deca only cycle is a horrible idea.

    After you do some research, come back with any specific questions and I'll be happy to help, I just don't want to see anyone dive into something without doing their homework, they almost always regret it.

    dude the last thing you need is juice.... get you diet in check big time... there is plenty of diet threads here to read... i suggest reading them... eating right... coming back in 2 months and then you will get better advice on what cycle you should use...

    lots of muscle milk, lots of lean protien, creatine, and training. eat train eat train eat train. then study your asss off. good luck

    deca on its own bad idea!! check your diet

    I refuse to believe that you couldn't do the conversion between a 200mg/ml liquid, and 200-400mgs/week.

    Thanks for all the advices....Like you all say, I'm gonna do my research on diet first ....and then hit it hard at the gym. (to see if I could get bigger in 3 months )

    I agree, good choice. You need to max out your body's capabilities before you decide to start cycling. At 145 pounds your tendons and connective tissues will take a beating from the muscle gains from aas. Post your diet so we can guide you further or check out the diet forum. EAT EAT EAT!
