how much deca for second cycle

for my second cycle i've decided to do test e and deca . my first cycle was karachi sustanon 500 a week for 10 weeks. i gained about 25 pounds and kept damn near all of it. i'm 6'1, 208, 10 percent body fat, 22 years old. diet and training is all in check.

i've got a ton of test e and deca, that i just got tested and it comes out to 333 mg a shot for the test e and 313 mg for the deca.

i'm going to do 2 shots a week of the test e which makes that:

666 test e for 14 weeks
626 deca for 12 weeks

would you do 1 shot a week of deca at 313 or 2 shots and make it 626? is this is too much gear for a second cycle and i wouldn't see that much of a difference? i'd like to hear your guys opinions.

thats too much test and too much deca , you dont need to exceed 600mg of deca.

You should run 500 test and 400 deca, thats all you're going to need. If you run the higher doses over 600mg, all you're going to do is get more sides.

yeah. the shots are 333 and 313 a ml though.. so i can't get to 500 and 400 exactly.

Might have to do some guestimation with the mls to get the dosage, anyone else have any imput?

bro you dont need to be so exact... 626.749 mg

just take a little under 1 mL of the deca 2x a week if you wish


+/- 50mg variance is no big deal at all

Honestly, my first deca cycle I had AWESOME gains with only 375mg/week of Deca and 500mg/week of Test.

As broken said, about 1 1/4 mL of Deca a week - 391.25mg. Also 1 1/2 mL of Test 499.5mg. Pretty darn close

dont your syringes have graduations on them in .2ml incriments? do the math 666 x.6 or 666x.8 etc. Im doing 500 e/480 decca and im up 25 or so lbs too. Lean lbs. you can always start out lower and go up.

i guess it's better to have overdosed gear than underdosed gear.. but it says 250 and 200. glad i got it tested lol

also i wonder how many people are running higher dosages than they thought.
