    rotator cuff tears

    anyone have any expirence with using aas to help rotator cuff heal faster?

    I read that that fatass James LightsOut Toney took Winny to heal a torn biceps, but got nailed for it twice.
    I would think that a rotator cuff isn't muscle per se, but different. I would go with something that prmotes whole body regeneration such as GH, maybe even some test. That's just my opinion, I could be dead wrong.

    HGH and IGF definately aid in recovery. There was a post recently about professional athletes utilizing those compounds to recover from serious injuries quicker. I'll try and find it.

    Rotator cuff tears do not heal well with time. They tend to either enlarge, or, at best, stabilize in size. If you are young and active, I would say talk to a shoulder orthopedic about surgical options and what to expect from conservative treatment.

    Can be fixed with arthroscopic surgery so not a bad operation . It left a tiny scar on my shoulder that it .I also had very fast recovery!!!
