shoulder pain and lump
I am in week 10 of my cycle, usually when I shoot prop I get soar day after and when its in my delts I get a lump. This lump alwasy went away in few days.
I did a shot in my left delt last in end of week 9. Its now end of week 10 and the lump is still there. Also today when I did shoulders it burned during sets and for a little while after. I ended up taking alittle more of a rest between sets. The burn felt like acid build up.
Is this something I should have looked at or worry about. Some pictures below but hard to tell. I am also affraid to shoot into the same delt until this goes away
any advice?

i see a very small lump in your delt with no redness.......i wouldnt even worry about it. you could have butchered your delt while injecting, you could have shot some of the oil between the fat and muscle or you could just be worrying yourself for nothing but a small lump from an injection. how much oil did you put in your delt?

I would just leave it alone for a while and shoot in quads/glutes. There is no redness, doesnt look inflamed or anything, like godkilla said, shouldnt worry too much about it unless it gets red and inflamed

it was a 23g pic, If I remember correctly it was 1.5ml possibly 2. would depend which day it was and I don;t remember exactly. I will just stay away from that delt for while, or rest cycle.

i had something similar a few weeks back, just watch it, does it hurt real bad when you lay down on it and stuff? feels almost..too..sore ?

an anti-inflammatory would probably do the trick

it was a 1 inch pin since in my delt. There is no pain or soarness in my delt at all. only burned on day I was doing shoulders

Damn, try a 25g 5/8 next time for delts and quads.
23g for glutes only unless you like that shit.***No source checks!!!***
