Acne????

Hey guys,
Can anyone give me any ideas on how to control recent acne breakouts on my upper back/shoulders? Thanks!

If you narrow the search to "back acne" it will eliminate a lot of the unrelated threads.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash...orange stuff, works good to control breakouts. Pick it up anywhere..Walmart, CVS. Not sure if it will help if you are on a cycle.

I am incredibly sensitive to breakouts, and have had a lot of luck during my cycle by using Nizorol Shampoo on my chest, back, and shoulders. Also, I buy stridex pads and use them on my back after I shower/before bed.

go to the docs i went to the docs with bad acne on my back he prescribed me some meds and was all cleared up in days..

3-5g. ED of vitamin B5 has worked wonders for me. I would compare it to a doc scripted cycle of accutane, and I've done that too in my teenage days. I also use to Neturogena acne body wash and their orange transparent soap bar. It comes in a white box and says it's for acne prone skin. All that and you should be good with controlling the acne. Also make sure to drink at least a gallon of water daily.
