Effective DHT blockers for scalp

how effective really are topical dht blockers for the scalp?
i've done plenty of cycles with no hair lose, but i use minoxidil 5% and polysorbate 80 shampoo, just for insurance to help slow the process. These products are supposed to block dht at the hair follicles on the scalp. HOW effective do you really think they are????

If you go pill form finasteride, and dutasteride work great for testosterone

The only thing that works for preventing hairloss from anything else is topical spiro, and mabe rogaine (I use and think it works great).

Most everything else is crap.
