Anti-prolactin and b6...
Can someone tell me what an effective dosage protocol would be with b6 to get effective anti-prolactin properties.
Thanks,

Caber or if you are experienced possibly a low doses of t-3 are alot more effective protocols IMO..
Keep in mind high does of b-6 can be toxic..
Sudies show that
More than 200mg/ED has been known to damage to the nervous system!!!!
And
The Food and Nutrition Board has established a tolerable intake level for vitamin B6 of 100 mg per day for all adults.

I have effectively used Dostinex in the past to combat prolactin, but I am looking for an alternative and I've seen and heard that b6 can be useful in fighting prolactin elevation.
The question I ask is, what is the dosage of b6 that we, in the bodybuilding community, use to help ward off prolactin elevation? 200mg/ed? 100mg/ed?
Thanks again,

In my experience B6 did almost nothing for prolactin, and I was playing russian roluette with my nervous system at 600mg ed. 100mg ed is typical.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm going to experiment with it and be sure not to exceed 200mg/ed. If that fails me, back to cabergoline I'll go.
Thanks again,
