Anavar dosage intervals?

have ** 10's taking 40mg ed. Been taking 2 (20mg) every 12 hrs. Is it more effective to break this up into taking 10mg every 6hrs? Or what about taking 40mg at once. I see that var has 8-12hr HL..seems like 4 every 6 would be best, but im sure 20 mg every 12 hrs wouldn't be much different...any opinions?

I 25's 1 at 7:00 am and then one at 6:00 pm.Whan I ran 75mg 1 at 6:00 1 at 3:00 then 1 at 10:00. hope this helps

8-12hr half life...take twice daily approx 10/12hrs apart.

thx, that's what i've been doing. seems like 4 times a day would just be a pain in the ass and not much more effective. lol, i've got enought pills and food to remember to eat already..thx man
