Guys what needle size is good for shoulder injections and what if you do it in the butt?
23G X 1" for shoulder? is it good for butt too?

yes that is good for shoulder injections

as far as glute injections, if you have reasonably low bf% and push the 1" in all the way, you will be ok...

i use 25g x 1" for both those sites

That is exactly what I use for ALL my injections... 23g x 1" Glute, Delt, Quad, Ventroglute (sp) ,


Just put the sucker in all the way and try not to break it off!

or just use a 12 ga j/k

Cripey, unless you're injecting on a motorbike, breaking off should never be a problem!

I use 21g x 1" for shoulders, 1.5" for glutes is better recommended IMO.

I cant believe people use 23 or 21, I barely can use 25 and preffer 27 and even those freak my out sometimes

Depends on BF% when injecting.... Most should use a 1.5 inch for glutes..

i agree 21 is lil too big, ill stick to 25x1 or 25x5/8 for delts an arms.

25ga 1" for Quads, pecs and delts

23ga 1 1/2" for Glutes, ventral glutes

Don't try to draw oilbased with a 25g though!!!

i just got some 27g 1.25 for my glute shot, i use to use 23g 1.

i use 29g 1/2" for everywhere else. i have thin skin.

I usually stick to 23g x 1". You can barely feel it going in and it's still big enough where drawing out of an amp won't take you 15minutes. 21's are not necessary IMO, I'll use them to draw but not stick.

yes, and i've never had a problem... takes a little longer but no biggie.

i use 22g/23g 1.5 for glutes and 25g 1in for everywhere else.
