bro, there are many people on here that work full time, have families, etc and can still manage to eat 6 times a day..it all comes down to how badly you want it. You can buy ready to drink shakes, protein bars. Cook your meals for the week on Sunday and break them up into separate containers and carry them in a cooler. You really only need a few minutes to eat something

I would also like to point out that I politely suggested that there might be something wrong with his diet earlier in this thread.

This is how you should do it. Also keep in mind that when you eat 5-7 meals a day, each meal is going to be smaller than the ones you are accustomed to. Probably be about 1/2 the size or less, and youll be able to eat in about 15 minutes if its all prepared ahead of time.
