Is this enough for maintainable gains?

Hello all. I was thinking of doing the following 12 week cycle:
wks 1-12 250 mg test cyp 2x's/wk
wks 1-10 500mg deca /wk

pct:
days 1-56 nolvadex 20mg/day and aromasin 25mg/day

stats: 32 5'10" 215lbs apprx 9% bf. Been lifting since age 13.
Ive probably done about 10 cycles over the past 5yrs. and I took a layoff from the juice from about 2003-2006. Ive never really exceeded the above dosages by much and I've done different types of tests, orals...

By the way this is the same cycle as what I took at the beginning of this year. My goal is to cut, but I'm also not looking for super dramatic gains with heavy side effects, but more of something that will be easy to maintain if I decide to take 6 mos. off after the cycle.

I hope the question isn't too long. I basically am looking for steady maintainable gains and decreased bf. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can offer.

Cycle looks ok..

If your still gaining on those doses no reason to bump em up IMO.

You can run the deca 12 wks and the cyp at 14wks if you wanted to since there both long chained esters and can take 5-6 wks to kick for some...

Diet will determine whether your bulking or cutting so make sure your diet is in check.

As for what you will maintain. It is too general of a question, and too hard to answer because everyone's different.. Follow a proper pct and diet protocols as this will help you to keep most of your gains..
