Whats up Bros.

Is Var and Winny a good combo at 25-50mg ed? Looking to loose the love handles. I think it looks good based on the chem. properties of each but just wanted to double check.

25-50 mg each? both should be run at 50mg a day, and your diet/cardio is the only thing that will cut the fat, all they will do for you is to help keep strength and preserve muscle while cutting. So yes it is a good combo pending diet, good luck either way.

diet and cardio is all that is needed. running those two will not help burn fat, like J-41-sd said. no magic cures. winny will not show untill youre down to single digit bf%.
are you going to run test? PCT? how old are you?

Try var 50-75 mg ed
Test prop-100 mg eod
Regarless of what people are telling you if your diet and cardio are in check, you will see greater fat loss on cycle, and you can really drop the calories without loss of muscle.
I don't like the winny/var combo, and you do need a pct

I didnt realize I needed PCT for this.. Hmm.. What should I run? I have Clomid and Nolva on hand. I dont want to do test with this cycle. Im saving that for the next one.

For a mild pct, I like a AI only pct better than a nolva or clomid only pct
I would say a month of aromasin would be sufficent.

No reason really, I just figure with the var the longest you are going to go is 8 weeks so prop works good for that.

yeah C or E would probabally take a little to long to kick in, and by that time you cutting cycle would be almost half over. Makes sense

why not run the test, no sense in "saving it"...Imo, and i prefer var over winny, run it for 8 weeks at 50 mg ed is a sufficent dose...
