Going to the darkside for the 1st time
Going to the darkside for the 1st time and I would like some input from all. Not afraid of any critiques, it will only help my experience.
Stats: 41yrs old, 5'9 160 approx. 13-15%bf(range after 4 diff. checks)
Goals: Some wght gain expected, looking for more strength than anything.
As screen name shows, that's what I do for a living. Trying to keep
edge from going to dull.
Cycle: Will start Monday using Test E. 500mg/wk, 2 injections/wk, monday morning and Thurday evening, 250mg/injection. 23g 1 inch needles in glutes and thighs(I am manning up).
PCT: Nolva and Aromasin @ 20-25mgs/day, starting 14 days after last
injection, and run for 30days.
Supplements: Goat whey, liv52 or milk thistle, multi vit.
Exercise routine: I do upper body on mondays and Thursdays, it sounds weird
but it works well for me. Legs on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Cardio is never a problem.
Please feel free to add anything that will be beneficial or take out that will be beneficial. I drink lots of water, atleast a gallon a day(being in this heat is fierce), so should I try and suck more down?

I would say you are a little light to be on cycle. The cycle looks good for a beginner, looks like you took a bit of time to read up on things, which is good. You might want to run arimidex throughout your cycle to prevent any estrogen related sides (even if the chances are low on a nice simple cycle).
Other than that, check out the diet forums and make sure your diet is spot on. Good luck

Thanks, for checking things out and the input.
Diet looks like this on a typical day.
1st meal: whole wheat bagel with 2tlbs of peanut butter
2 eggs
Real Fruit smoothie(1cp of organic yogurt, 1cp mixed fruit, 1cp
skim milk(organic), 2scps goat whey protein
2 pcs of center cut bacon
2nd meal(snack): 3-4oz sharp cheddar cheese, performance bar
3rd meal: chicken breast, 1cp red beans and rice(brown rice), spinach salad
with portebello muchrooms, vinagerettle dressing
4th meal: 5oz turkey on whole wheat, 1 tsp mayonaise, sweet potatoe
5th meal: red meat, shrimp, or chicken, pasta or rice, veggies, goat whey
protein shake(add vanilla ice cream)

The point im making about weight is that being light you put yourself up for injuries to tendons and ligaments from rapid muscle growth gained on cycle. If 10ishpro is trying to gain strengh more than mass, and at a light weight, if his diet doesnt support the mass he puts on, he will lose it all.
im not criticizing him, just making a point about that.

I do understand what your are saying. If the mass comes it is just extra. I do do weights and plyometrics on a regular basis.
I really do try to eat most things I can get my hands on.

Cycle looks good. You could go with 400 mg test ( just a suggestion but 500mg is what alot of peeps use for thier first cycle)..
Try and rotate inject sites ( dont only hit glutes and thighs) .. I like 1.5 inch 23 g pins for glutes
I would also suggest you have nolva or something at least on hand if gyno becomes a concern ( estrogen )

Diet needs alittle work..
You look like your doing the research and I am very glad and love to help people that take the time to do the research for themselves....

Thanks Merc....Have always held your opinions with high regard.
Since I didn't order nolva, I will wait to start when it gets in.
Do I need to increase calories? or add more protein? What might you change?

I dont really help out with diet or training on the board as I help people with this in real life .. Thats why you dont see me posting in the diet or training forums..

Looked at var, but didn't suit me. I tried getting OT and was unable of obtaining. Eq., was another choice but I heard it can be rough on joints. I am trying to avoid that situation. Figured I would take the advise of the bigboys(guys) on here, nothing towards you, Its just my 1st cycle and wanted to keep it basic. I am going to keep the diet clean and see what happens. If things go good, I may try OT or Eq for next cycle. Of course if this works like I want, then I want fix something that's not broke.

Good luck bro with your cycle. I also like to take injectable b12 before going to the gym. It gives me more energy and stimulates my appetite.

Thanks to everyone for the support and lagniappe.
I will keep all updated...I am probably one of the few non-heavy guys(non reference to Tai) so I will try and keep very good records, as maybe I can give input where needed.
