What to tell the doc????
I injected friday 300mg of Test E, it was the first shot of the cycle, and now it's sunday....last night i woke up with a fever and my leg was excruciating, it had hurt earlier, but not as bad as it was last night....i'm assuming it's infected...as it still hurts, and is warm to the touch....
i did forget to aspirate , it was 6 am and i had just woken up, and found a little blood in the syringe when finished, but i don't think this is related to whats going on now....
my question is, i want to go to the doc tomorrow, but what should i tell him??? should i be honest and if i am, the whole confidentiallity thing will protect me right????
thanks bros

How high is your temp ??
Is the inject site red or swollen ?
Also
Do you have any flu like symtoms ??
Maybe you could try some ibuprofen for the pain .
You can be honset( if you want to) .. Could also just play dumb ?? Its up to you..

I always tell the doctor everything straight up. If he has a problem and does not want to help me safely us aas I will go to one of the other 3000 doctors in the city.

i'm thinking i may want to be honest, because if i make something up or play dumb, then who knows what i'll get...i want antibiotics right????
merc, the injection site is swollen, not really red though, but is hot...
i do have flu like symptoms i think....i skipped my workout to sleep today, which is RARE, i had a fever up to about 100...
the ibproufen ive been taking, it helped for a little while but the pain comes back just as bad...
on a side note, yesterday it wasn't hurting to bad, and i did a KILLER leg workout, so the soreness from that i think is starting to come through too. it hurts much more on my injection leg however....

You might have test flu also.. It is best to get it checked out though IMO so if needed they can start the proper anti ( if it is a infection ) ..

i think waiting til tomorrow would be a good idea... see what develops... it might not even be infected as merc said... see if things go back to normal and if not by tomorrows appt., just take the trip in and tell him the deal... and if you really don't want ur insurance company to find out then i would just order some antibiotics online... i got an infection once and i did 3 days of keflex and everything was all good after that...

id just play dumb if i where you.tell them u ran into a nail on a jobsite or some other dumb excuse and here is why, they are going to treat it the same way whether its from an injection or sliver or nail(they might try to give u tetnus shot if u tell them a nail).u could go the old vitamin b injection as well since that is legal.iono i wouldnt tell them the truth insurance companies r the devil and u will probably regret it, either way they r going to treat u appropriatley for what uve got going on,this of course is JMHO

BTW if u r a big dude, wear baggy clothes that hide ur build, i had to go to the emergency room when i tore my pec(10yrs ago) and i was in a tank top and the freakin doc hounded me for 15 mins trying to get me to admit i was on roids, and he kept bringing it up.truth was i was totally natty but i was ripped to shreds and he was sure i was juicin.anyway im sure if i was in a big sweatshirt it wouldnt have been as bad, just another thought

Bit by a spider, stuck with a splinter of untreated wood, bumped against a nail, these are all things i've come up with just in case I need a Doc. After all when the doc sees you have a fever and the site is swollen and hot to touch, then he'll treat it appropriately ie; antibiotics, maybe iv., draining ect.

Don't go to your doc, go to a walk in clinic. Tell the staff you are a walk in and would like to see the Dr. Tell them, you Do Not have insurance and will be paying cash for the visit. This way nothing will be in your records for your insurance company or anyone else. Most likely, he will know exactly what happened and prescribe you the appropriate meds. Ask for samples, of what he has on the shelf so you do not have to pay cash for the prescription
Good Luck

As stated above, they will be treating an infection. Tell them you sat on something..... If it's infected, they will treat it. I wouldn't blame it on a splinter as they may start digging around in your a$$ looking for fragments that may be causing the infection.
The infection won't correct itself, so if you see any improvement you may consider letting it go for another day and monitor it.

+1 I would go to a walk in clinic. I have seen people go there for all kinds of shit. Allways made me wonder tho if they had your name and adress that could easly be refrenced to an insurance co or some how they could find out. Well at least thats what i was thinking but im also not a paper pusher so i dont know how that works

Say you jabbed yourself with a wire while working, i would avoid the truth for fear of insurance problems.

go to the doc, don't tell him you use aas.
there is doctor-patient confidentiality but whatever the doctor writes down is seen by insurance companies and can affect your ability to get health insurance in the future.

thanks everyone for all the help....i just got back from the doc, what a day it's been..lol...
i woke up, called in sick to work...i actually felt pretty good, the night before i was miserable with a 101.6 temp or so..almost went to the er cause my leg hurt so bad, but woke up feeling alright...
i sat up, and felt dizzy, so i thought i should just take it slow...i got up and got dressed so i could go to the doc, and limped to the kitchen to get some ibproufen because my leg started to really hurt bad and my fever got bad instantly....i took the pills and had to sit because i thought i was going to vomit and i was real dizzy..i started sweating and felt HORRIBLE...i was looking for my phone to call someone to take me to the ER cause i was hurting bad.....i got up and i was going to go back to my bed to lay for a second because i thought that might help..i was walking down my hall grabbing walls trying to balance because i got real dizzy......next thing i know i wake up on the floor in the hall by my bedroom.....i slowly got up and layed down on the bed....i finally recooped maybe after two minutes of laying there..i was still sweating but i could tell my fever was subsiding.
anyways i got to the doc, and told everything thats happened, all my symptoms and stuff...i said my leg was infected and asked if i could get an antibiotic...she kept asking, "you don't know what happened??" and i just said "nope" like an idiot..lol...she kept looking at me like "how are you so certain and yet you don't know what happened?".....she also looked at my leg and said "i don't see a puncture wound where an internal infection could have happened"....i just said "hmmm, i don't know, it's weird"....lol...she gave me a script for an xray, to see if there was truama, which i knew there wouldn't be, and a script for anibiotics...
i got prescribed amox-clav??? the pharmacist told me it was a really strong antibiotic, so thats good....
anyways thanks EVERYONE for all your help...even you merc and juiced..lol...lau***ng at my pain..you guys should be ashamed...lol..
