i sat up, and felt dizzy, so i thought i should just take it slow...i got up and got dressed so i could go to the doc, and limped to the kitchen to get some ibproufen because my leg started to really hurt bad and my fever got bad instantly....i took the pills and had to sit because i thought i was going to vomit and i was real dizzy..i started sweating and felt HORRIBLE...i was looking for my phone to call someone to take me to the ER cause i was hurting bad.....i got up and i was going to go back to my bed to lay for a second because i thought that might help..i was walking down my hall grabbing walls trying to balance because i got real dizzy......next thing i know i wake up on the floor in the hall by my bedroom.....i slowly got up and layed down on the bed....i finally recooped maybe after two minutes of laying there..i was still sweating but i could tell my fever was subsiding.

anyways i got to the doc, and told everything thats happened, all my symptoms and stuff...i said my leg was infected and asked if i could get an antibiotic...she kept asking, "you don't know what happened??" and i just said "nope" like an idiot..lol...she kept looking at me like "how are you so certain and yet you don't know what happened?".....she also looked at my leg and said "i don't see a puncture wound where an internal infection could have happened"....i just said "hmmm, i don't know, it's weird"....lol...she gave me a script for an xray, to see if there was truama, which i knew there wouldn't be, and a script for anibiotics...

i got prescribed amox-clav??? the pharmacist told me it was a really strong antibiotic, so thats good....

anyways thanks EVERYONE for all your help...even you merc and juiced..lol...lau***ng at my pain..you guys should be ashamed...lol..

i don't know if this is a good idea, but i'm not starting the antibiotics until tonight before bed...

the reason is because i want' to find out if the gear is bad or did i just **** up on the injection....i took a shot yesterday evening in my delt with the same gear and was gonna wait to see if that got ****ed up too...if it did then i would throw the gear and start the antibiotics...if my delt is ok then i know i just ****ed up the shot adn the gear is ok...make sense or am i way off????

The right thing to do would be to start the antibiotics immediately and take no chances with another injection. But I probably would have done exactly the same thing just to know if it is the gear or not. Keep us informed on your delt injection.

Amen. Go to the doc and get treated. An abscess is no joke, it can become life threatening. Tell him just what he needs to know to treat your infection, don't rat on anyone.
