I just dont understand something, it say to take benadryl in the 3rd week like day 14 start taking benadryl, so how long should I stay on benadryl? just the whole 3rd week and than stop or continue using until stop using clenbuterol ?

Benadryl/diphenhydramine will basically just help you sleep since clen wires you up.

More to it than that. It is used to help recover receptors as well. Tolerance builds with continued clen use and to counter this I believe one wants to take the benadryl to refresh the receptors, as stated above.

I'm aware of the tolerences of beta-2 sympathomimetic medications. I just don't see the studies that show clenbuterol works well for anabolic purposes and is only a "decent" fat burner (basically through thermogenics and/or stimulant effects). Using an antihistamine (diphenhydramine) for upregulation of receptors...I have not seen any studies that support this data. I have never personally tryed it. It has it's niche for some people and their dieting. If it works for someone, then use it. Others have more hands on knowledge and their suggestions should carry more consideration then my own.
