    Unhappy PLease help me!!!BUlK Up

    Im a rookie, when it comes to this $hit,Im a Rapper out of mass looking to put on some mass. I work out,but Im 140 and slim and well difined . Im 27 getting older.I want a more bulky look. I started a cycle 3 years ago 1 shot and never did it again. I regret it ever day, my brother put on like 30 pounds plus.

    ahhahaha i was gonna say the same thing lmfao... oh and for the legal stuff umm food for one maybe some extra protein and some cell tech.. and instead of rappin maybe to some liftin.. or both one of the two

    You have to eat plain and simple..if you dont eat you wont growth with or without steroids or any other supplements..Read this and start eating like it

    The best things for growing IMO are: food, proper training, testosterone , ZMA (special zinc supplement), protein powder.

    Thats all you really need. And all are legal except test of course. But those are the best, legal or illegal included. The key the food aspect is plenty of unsaturated fats (***** 3, 6, 9). Food is definently the key. The more whole foods you eat the better, try to avoid too many protein supplements. You will need protein powder after training and before bed tho, but rest of time should be meat, eggs, milk, yogurt, fish..etc

    Remember: its better to miss a workout than miss a meal.
