Is it okay to take clen and ephedrine at the same time?

Both downregulate b-receptors. Ephedrine more so than clen . So basically its pointless. Use them seperate.

This would be redundant, not because of downgrading, but due to the fact that they compete for the same receptors. Since Eph is preferred to Clen by the Betas, the latter's absorption drops to a dismal percentage. So as Baron said, "Separately".

if your going to use both i'd recommend "resetting" your beta receptors using a mild antihistamine like benedryl. But, really, clen is all you need.

Few years ago I used clen in weeks 1-3-5 and Ephedra in weeks 2-4.
Just use them in alternated weeks.

As mentioned there's no point in both. I would just stick with the clen .
