    Milk Thistle Overdose?

    I know it sounds stupid, but just want to make sure. I will be taking Adrol in a few weeks. Thinking of taking like 2500mg ed of milk thislte. Can you overdose on this stuff?
    I just want to make sure that I can give my liver as much protection as I can.

    1500 2500 plenty also red rice yeast and co2 enzeme
