    Winny= Cramps/Itchiness? Help.

    hey guys,


    Running Winny oral cycle, 50mgs a day (split 25mgs twice a day.)
    Have noticed very itchy skin sometimes, if I scratch it goes quite red.
    Also getting sore/cramped calf muscles.

    This normal, any advice?

    yeah cramps is a fact.

    ran it 100mg ED and belive me, you get cramps

    You might not be getting enough sodium in your diet. Make sure you drink A LOT of H20. I drink at least a gallon of water a day of cycle and at least a gallon and 1/2 while on cycle. I too, cramped up while on Anavar because I hadn't consumed enough water. Good luck!
