    Welcome.
If you wouldn't mind, post your complete diet in detail, what you eat, how many calories per day, how much protein per day, etc.

Well with 3000 cals a day I can't see you gaining much. Thats what I eat and I weigh significantly less than you do.

I know it isn't what you are asking, but you are not ready for steroids . Head to the diet section of this board and read up on bulking diets, and you will see exactly what you need to grow. It's expensive, inconvenient, and most of all necessary. If there was a magic steroid that would let you gain 30lbs overnight, your diet simply wouldn't maintain it and you would be back to your present size in no time. Master the diet first then when you do cycle you will be much more likely to keep your gains. Good luck.

yup, what ima******ger says. you need to up your caloric intake and clean up your diet. if you can't eat enough t ogain weight without juice, you're not going to be able to maintain whatever gains you get from the steroids once you come off cycle.. you'll just lose all the gains again and be dissappointed.

Even if you DO use steroids , with a lacking diet your gains will be minimal... steroids aren't magic, they need raw materials to build muscle.

If you want to be 200lbs then you have to eat and train like a 200lb man. AT 21 you have enough natural test in your system to grow if you eat right. You still have not laid out your diet. Start in the diet section and go from there...

swallow a tub of cytogainer along with 4-6 meals a day with atleast 20-30 grams of protein a meal and don't be afraid to shove some complex carbs down your throat. Dont forget to work out and you're good to go. Oh yeah, and don't even think about juicing any time soon.

I FOUND FOR GAINING WEIGHT THAT MUSCLE MILK WAS THE MOST BENEFICIAL. I RECOMMEND A LOT OF SKINNY GUYS, YOUNG, WHO WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT TO GET THAT STUFF AND HAVE IT THREE TIMES A DAY WITH WHOLE MILK. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU EAT EVERY THREE HOURS A HIGH CALORIE, HIGH CARB, STUFF YOU GUTS OUT MEAL. ( DAM I MISS THOSE DAYS.) DONT FORGET YOU MULTIVITAMINS, CREATINE. DONT EVEN TOUCH ANY GEAR UNTIL YOU NATURALLY HIT 225 AT YOUR HEIGHT. PATIENCE IS POWER. GOOD LUCK

These guys pretty much said it all. I take in 3500-4000 cals a day and hover around 170-175 lbs (off cycle) at 5'8". I'm looking to be 190-200 so even I should up my calories to around 4500-5000. If you clean up your diet, add all the calories and protein and what not, and still dont gain a lb. Go to the doctor, maybe naturally low test, thyroid, or who else knows what else may be wrong. But def dont do what I did, I didnt know of this site, did about 3 cycles from guidance from ppl in the gym and everytime I came off lost it all within 3-4 weeks. Now with the diet in much better shape, not perfect, I've kept 80% of my gains. So listen to these guys, dont waste your time, money, and health...
