Newbie info
Hello everyone, I am a soon to be 27 yr old, I am 5'9, and have a good 180LBS Packed on,
So I came here today to ask A QUESTION?
I would like to increase energy level, so I can get cut, but at the same time keep my muscle mass up to par.
But eating is fine, the last 2 days I had some of my kids candy, but other then that vegg & meat (protein/protein drinks).
gym time 4-5 days a week, 1hr each time.
Plan in gym 75/25
what I mean when I say 75/25, is that 75% is going to be hard core set/reps for muscle, and 25% cardio
Anyways frist timer, so take it easy on me, hahaha, j/k

increasing energy level would be clen for sure... it'll up your calorie burns and give tons of energy. just be careful with kids around (obviously). and as mentioend, make sure diet is good.

when i ran clen it worked great but i was dead in the water on energy
different strokes for different folks

I cant think of anything else besides caffeine, ephedra or some preworkout booster. Im a fan of no-explode for this when i was doing a rough cutter this kept my energy levels up and i was always pumped my weights shot up and stamina improved cardio was a breeze since i added it. when you i go low carb for too long my strength and stamina go to the shitter feel groggy all day especially as my body weight reduces. do a google search you can get it alot cheaper then many places advertise
