    Newbie and question on questions.

    Hello,

I am very new to all of this, and I have spent a good 6 months reading and researching. Well, I've decided to join here but I still have questions.

It seems to me the biggest rule not to break is not to list sources, legit or not legit.

But my question isn't about getting sources, but bare with me.

So the question is this: How would someone so new like me conduct themselves to know where to get gear?

I've been doing everything naturally and I'm working my ass off and I'm feeling my results. However, I feel I would like to try things differently and continue my hard work for enhanced results.

I've recently have been scammed, and I can't afford to be scammed again. How do I embed myself in this community and get the best out of it, and contribute it back?

    Thank you very much.
    Che.

Also, unfortunately asking this type of question can send scammers your way.

Well, let's say I'm a work in progress. I used to weigh 180 pounds 9 years ago when I wrestled. I wasn't muscley but good looking without my shirt.

Since then, I worked in the bank and obtained muscle but lots of fat. I'm 250 now, overweight but overtly obese looking. I'm definetly not afraid of taking my shirt off and swimming at the beach because I look much more less than 250. I was 310, but I lost that weight by doing a lot of aerobic excercise.

I lost weight until 215 but then I sort of became lax. I looked beefy by then and more or less lean. I've lost 15 pounds by excercising aerobically again.

So you can say my weight fluctuates immensely from up and down. Usually, I gain the weight during the winter months. I am a compulsive eater when I stressed out. (I go to school and work full time, and my family is just messed up.)

I have a "genetic legs" I guess. You can't pinch any fat on them and they're all muscle. 18.5 inch calfs.

But I have very flabby arms that are slightly over 16 inches but covered in flab.

I've been doing pushup and upper strength excercises, and I can feel results in firmness. I alway drink half a protein shake before an after a workout.

Well, my goals is to stop overeating when I'm stressed and I've more or less have been successful in the past 5 months. But I want my upper body match my legs, and I have no specific number.

    And being healthy overall.

I just want them too looked muscled.

As for being scammed, well... it was my fault. I should have tested it out by getting something for cheaper instead of getting things in a large lump sum. But, it isn't that bad. 500 bucks.

I've since then paid all of it. What I really want to do is just continue working out and embed myself into this community and hope to get enough trust from people so that they can recommend me tips, and maybe a legit source.

    Thanks friend,
    take care...

    Che.

Glad to hear you are bettering yourself, after such a roller-coaster ride. As you have noticed, diet, is a very big part of obtaining the goals you want. Once, you have mastered the basics and get ahold of the crutches that seem to cause the greatest damage, you will succeed.

Get your bf% checked and a base line phisycal done before starting any cycle you choose to do and make sure you have your diet in check.

The best advise that I can give, is to meet the right ppl here, by watching and searching and learning. Check out old posts and you can probably learn the answers to all your questions, even, the one you asked earlier. Good luck with everything. Hope to see you around and don't get in a hurry.

Remember, aas is the icing on the cake.

It's not that I have a bad diet, it's overeating. I go to an OA to curb that behavior, but I'm not in bad health. Half a year and I've been doing good, and have been consistantly training for muscle growth.

However, I would like to maybe add something and maybe gently enter my way through. I've seen the sponser shop of this place for Clen , and I thought... maybe I'll work on losing the fat before doing something else for the muscles. (Although, I don't want to lose the weight and then have lose skin to fill up with muscle if that's possible.)

I'm weary of *********. I've read a few older messages here saying they doubt some of their stuff is real. I don't want to poison myself either...

I want to be healthier first of all, but I also want to look better. I'm not interested in being ripped... just especially beefy.

I will continue looking at older threads. Thanks everyone, you've been cool to me so far.
