ive just bought 10 x 1ml sustanon how much and how often should i take it?

im 24 n ive been training for 18 months solid not seeing the results i would like !
im 5 11 13stone diet could be better tryin 2 eat 1g of protien per pound

250mg/wk won't do much, at least I think you'll be very dissapointed with what little you do gain.
Can you get more? maybe another one and run 500mg/wk. Do you have a PCT planned?
You don't give much clue about your diet, it's kinda vague. Also what's your workout schedule?

10 amps isn't going to cut it. You are not going to get the benefits of the fast acting ester. let alone not enough of the of the long esters as well. you need at least 500mg /week

yeah i can get more easily . i dont have any pct planned what do u recomend?
im workin out every day for 6 days then rest for the 7th doin my front and back day 1 then arms nd legs day2 and so on im eating 4 eggs for breakfast and having 2 tins of tuna for lunch and various large dinners

breakfast luch and dinner wont cut it bro. 4 eggs is only 24 grams of protein, you need that 10x a day. The body needs a massive amount of fuel if you are going to grow at all. All the juice in the world wont do a whole lot for your without a good diet.

agree with chucklee but if you must.....you def need work on you diet and workout plan.. thats probably why your not seeing any results.... one thing you must know before gearing up is you are what you eat.. eat at least 6 times a day of healthy foods 2 cans of tuna a day for lunch have have some good protein but with all the salt and sodium u face will blow up like a basketball with out nolva/arimidex etc. imo keep training eat more research a lil more before u start because once you do theres no going back you will be a juice head for life lol

I would say hold off and get your diet down for acouple months and see what kind of natural results you get, just from eating properly. Then make the move to gear. Its not a miracle drug, crappy diet=crappy results=and money wasted!!

Imo i think you should hold back on the aas & do a bit more research the more you know the better.
