I've run sust twice. Most correct...and succesful was last winter/spring
Ran 500mg/week along with deca 300mg/week and winny 80 mg for the last 5 weeks. Gained 20 lbs, lost 3% bf after all, recovered nicely. Barely any water. Diet was ehh ok. what else? I love sust!

sorry I shot 250 twice per week
side effects - huge boners, some sweats while sleeping, king of the world
ran it 11 weeks

Some guys here say that Sust has to be inj. EOD for the prop it contains.
It's why I prefer Test E or C.

im using sust 500mgs a week same as Facecrash but without the deca or the winny as its my first cycle wana see how things go with this alone first!
into my second of an eight week cycle keep u informed of how it goes .....

i am runnning 250 at three times a week. three times for me cause of the esters. two would be fine tho. make sure you get some anti estrogen too. ive been takin .25 letro every other day and im not bloated at all. no gyno etc
