    My cycle/diet/plan -hard rock mass

    Well I have posted alot of post and a few not touched and a few that went ok.

    Today, I am hear to tell you my plans and diet and product, and hope that you all can help me out.
    As I will say again and again, ect....I will list my diet/work-out plan/product..

    Male- h5'9,w170,a23

    My diet - 7 day basic plans - for nex 10-12 weeks
    10 potatoes
    24 ounces diet pepsi/orange juice/water
    1 dozen eggs
    1 pound Fruit
    7cups Oatmeal (morning)
    1 pound brown rice
    3 HEAD Lettuce
    1 pounds pasta
    5 chicken breasts
    2 steak/ribs
    2 pounds ground beef
    2 pounds vegetables
    half brick cheese
    2 gallons skim milk with protein shank (3time daily)
    1 loaf wheat bread

    Work-out Plan( trying to make a workout plan that will let me get rock hard mass)

    All set/reps will be full out till I can't pump know more

    Day 1- Leg/Back
    Legs - Squats, Leg Press, calf raises, Leg curls
    Back - Deadlift, Back curl, clean press, arm row
    Bike 15 min

    Day 2 - Shoulder/Bi-cep/Ti-cep
    Shoulder - Arnold press, Lat side machine, Back fly, Shrugs
    Bi-cep - Preacher BB Curl, Hammer curl, Seated curl, cable curl
    Ti-cep - DB Pull-over head press, One arm cable pulldown, BB PRESS, One arm press DB

    Day 3 - Rest at home
    Bow-flex - Bench, chest fly,
    Bike 30/ABS AIR BIKE

    Day 4 back to day 1

    Product : Deca durabolin
    250mg weekly
    Protein 180Gram
    Fish Oil Pills

    After 10 week cycle PCT
    Bromo & Vim E

    Bro...why dont you try the diet and training and see how you do WITHOUT the compound....at 170 you can put on some more muscle natty....trusy me deca at 250mgs a week wont make that much of a difference.

    you put alot of work into everything except your cycle. I agree with Bigmax.

    I know I am 170lb and I can gain more till I hit 200, but I would love to use it now, as I am going in hottub and trip all winter

    Up the mgs/wk of deca and run some type of test with it. research test/decs cycle, you will get plenty of information. Once you do that, post it back here and you will get a critique. Just trying to help you out so you do it right.

    Your workout plan can use a lot of changes... why are you lifting every muscle twice a week? Muscles grow when they're resting not while you're working out... rest days are very important.

    Also I can't tell a damn thing about your diet... post it up, by meals, in the diet forum. How many calories are you going to eat every day?

    Ok so I do need some better planing on my meals, I will do that, and try to add up cal,, BUT for now, about my cycle I may add test and I would go with Cye/prop, and since I am doing a run of deca for 10 weeks I will start that at 2-12, and start test at 1-12, and once done with that, I am still looking for it, but some bromo and VIM E, I have some novla coming also..

    Well off to the gym, and I will be bak to see if anyone is still helping me out.

    Ok I tryed my best to take down my morning meal

    Before workout-
    Large timmy coffee 120cal/ __Protein?
    Special K (with milk) 160cal/ 5g Protein

    Workout 1hr

    Nitro-Tech Hardcore 132cal/ 40g Protein
    3m Cobly Cheese 3mm 110cal/ 7g Protein
    2 Apples
    2 EGGS Large size 160cal/ 14g Protein

    30min before 2hr rest before lunch and then off to work.

    2 Pack Oatmeal 360cal/8g Protein

    Water drink now.

    SO From 7:30am-11am I have had 910cal/69Protein, Lunch may be a steak and something not sure yet, But I will have the rest tomorrow but for now what do you think?
