need help asap

i just ordered some M1D, it says on the bottle 90 caps, take 4-6 per day. i have been readin a lot of m1d threads, and they always mention 10 or 20 mg, but the bottle doesnt say anythin about each cap being how many mg.thanks guys

thanx for the info. with the package came some NO INFUSE, which say that i must spray it onto the muscles i am exercising before the workout. i was asking about the dosage, becasue the label says 4-6 but i saw that some people were describing m1d dosage in mg.
