time to take oral steroids before workout

hi guys, wanted to know how you basically split your doses for oral steroids . do you also take them like 30 min before your workout for the second dosage?

if i was doin 60mg ed then i'd take 10mg after each meal.. thats how i used to spread em out

i workout in the afternoon or late evening so i take 1/2 my dose in the morning and the other 1/2 30-60min prior.

k interesting, i see everybody has their own protocol, is it better to spread out the doses with each meal or divide it into two or just three doses?

What about anadrol 50mg, if the active life is 16 hours should I split up the doses...25mg morning 25mg in evening.

i guess u should do it 25 mg in the morning and if u workout late, 30 min before workout

I think it is better to have constant blood saturation throughout the day than to have a huge spike at your workout... just my .02!

maybe ur rite, there is not exact way to do it, i guess wtv works best for u
