Reccomended cycle
Hey im a newb on this site tryin to get some info
i did a cycle last year of winny takin about 3 50 mg tabs a week...started out 6'4 185, got up to 203 in 9 weeks...since then i have lost almost all of it but havent been training as intensily...wonderin if theres any cycles anyone would reccomend to put on good weight...goal is about 210-215

You lost all you gained because probably you did not eat enough to keep the muscle you gained. This is what people don't understand. You need to adapt your diet to your new body composition. If you don't do that you will end up right where you started.

true hugosilva, must keep ur calories up, for each lb of new muscle or weight gained, i think if i am not mistaken thats an extra 100 calories a day you must consume extra.

You need a simple test cycle use test e of cyp at 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks make sure you do a proper pct and eat right good luck and welcome to AR
