Should i start using ai orwait until PCT

Hey guys,



im 1 week into my test e 500mg per week cycle..

My ai arrived today (AIFM) and i should be recieving my letro in a few days..My question is

1...should i start using the ai or should i wait a few more weeks or not use it at all and wait until my pct..


2....Would u recommend using letro during the cycle and the aifm for pct along with nolva...

3.....does aifm increase test levels ?? , hence better for pct...

4...how much is 1 spray of aifm wequilvent to....

i would use some arimidex 0.5 of a tablet every few days to keep estrogen at bay, i would also use nolva to prevent gyno if ur prone to it,

AIFM
NOLVA

maybe letro in a few days

sounds fine,k just use it during ur cycle
