    Are they right for me? (new guy intro)

    Hey everyone, name's Kevin. I'm 24. In the military. I've been lifting for 8 years. I'm 6'0 190 (probably around 12%BF). I'm a recreational lifter. Nice to meet ya'll.

    Now that the intros out of the way:

    I've been wanting to get on juice for a while now but I've been waiting till I was at least 24. I did my research and found the most common recommendation was to wait until you were at least 23-25. Well I'm ready. I've looked through the FAQS etc....

    I've recently been diagnosed with a ruptured disk, therefore I can't lift as heavy as I once was able and m gains are severely suffering because of this. What do ya'll recommend? Would this be a good thing for me to pursue? Not looking to be Arnold size but I def want the definition and leanness. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated from the "subject matter experts".

    P.S. Anyone in Eastern SC need a workout partner? (I move around a lot, pretty hard to build solid friendships is gyms)

    one more thing- I've taken every "legal" supplement on the market and I feel I've done some pretty thorough research on the other stuff

    Welcome bro!!

    I don't recommend any steroids coz steroids will not make you gain without training properly.
    So first you have to check your WO routint to avoid any strain on your back and going on with you rehabilitation program. That'll be all.

    BTW, which vertebrae is affected?!!

    L5-S1 (lower). Let me clarify- I can work out just fine, I just can't squat heavy, deadlift heavy etc....I can still do mad reps on everything else with sufficient weight. I'm not crippled per say, just not 100% on Pulling exercises.

    I wouldnt cycle till u can train n eat at 100%

    Yes I know this. I can train at 100% just not certain exercises. I've gotten Cortisone injections twice so far and my back feels fine.

    L5... So, it's not affecting the majority of your techniques as you said. Go man pick a simple test cycle and make saure to eat well!!

    Exactly. I tell people I have a ruptured disk and I always get that LOL tI'm tryin to get 25 PM's so I can start my pm'n. What is a simple test cycle to you?

    I'm a complete dumbass when it comes to this stuff so, how many shots is 500mg a week? How many CC's? How do you convert the two without overdosing?

    typicly test e comes 250mgs per 1ml so you would be shoting 1ml(250mgs) monday and the same on thursday that would give you 500mgs of test e per week....i frontload my test e @ 1000mgs for the first week (4ml) 2ml monday 2ml thursday

    dont they test for roids in the army?? ive got a buddy thats a staff sgt. and he said he wanted to get on something but they do random tests for it

    Ummm I don't know I'm not in the Army. But I know to test for roids they have to ask for it specifically and since it costs so much they will only test if there's a high probability. The military only tests for opiates, THC, Ecstacy (which has a little bit of everthing), and meth. No roid tests. Plus we only get piss tests
