not much weight on cycle?
im not putting on much weight during cycle im getting stronger im getting 250-275 g pro, plenty of carbs, 3500-4000cal ? i seem to be loosind some fat though, maybe thats why im gaining some muscle and loosing some fat? im on this cycle wk1-3 dbol 50mg ed..wk1-12 deca 400mg...wk1-14 test e 500mg im 6,0 26 bout 210? ant ideas first cycle ive done in 7 years bout 18% bf

oh sorry just finished week 2 and think its legit cause pumps are awesome but not gaining much weight dbol should put some water on me and stuff ive only gained maybe 5 lbs

I have no experience with Dbol but I know it does bloat you, but in regards to deca and test e shyt wont really kick in till week 4. give more time, but keep liftin heavy as the weeks progress... Im entering my 4th week and ive already put on like 15 lbs, cant Fukin believe it! strength is through the roof, and its almost as though I never get fatigued while working out. AAS=truly remarkable substance.
oh im doing deca and test cyp thats all.

but my pumps are awesome do you think im loosing some fat and replacing it with muscle which is making the scale not go up as much?

mate dont stress over it 2 much i just finished a cycle with deca @400mgs weekly and test e @500mg and ias written above it wont reall kick in till week 4-6.. as for the dbol its gonna bloat u but if u have only put on 5lbs that could b due 2 the fact that you are loosing fat..obviously if u are noticing a diff in ur body fat u r loosing it and the scales are gonna way less just give it 2 the later weeks and everything will be good

yeah the test and decca wont kick in for at least a month, if not more ( about 8 weeks for it to really take it's course)
either way, 18% body fat- i would try trimspa instead of dbal/decca/test. not good buddy. try a coke binge- jk

I never gain much weight if any on any cycle I've done and I know my stuff is legit. It's mostly water weight that you are gaining anyhow and IMO, some people don't retain water like that and blow up like others do. If you are getting stronger, that is what counts. Plus like other people say, it's only been 2 weeks. Give it a few more weeks.

50mg dbol ed will put water on you 5lbs in2 wks is a bit lite for dbol in my experience and like everyone has said about 4 wks for your injectibles to start kickin good .i just finished 4 wks dbol at 40 mg ed and i put on 10 lbs in 1st 2 wks and another 5 by the 4th had to start taking ai tits were killing me so that cut back some water gain in 3rd and 4th wk .im using test e and npp right now strength is way up ,solid all day pumps making me look huge right now wei***ng in at 209 .keep lifting and eating ,your dbols may be weak ,but you'll know when your other stuff kicks in if its real you will grow and get much stronger no doubt about it

More time. 50 mg of dbol will feel good when it fully kicks in bro.

its very hard for me too get that much food in with my work schedule, i have only 2 30mins breaks at work for an 8hour work day so cant get alot down

lol i typed it wrong i get 2 15 mins breaks for a total of 30 mins , i agree in 30 mind id have np problem but 15 is tough i eat what i can

i think i just need to stop worring so much about putting fat on and just start bulking im gonna start eating alot more i know ill add some fat or im not getting enough cals if i dont correct?

Honestly I think your problem is def. in your diet. That is how much I get OFF cycle. Up your calories and def. up your protein intake. I try to get 350-400grams protein on cycle and 5000 cals as well. Your bulking bro, true watch what you eat but if you want to get big you have to eat big, there is no way around it. Also if you only have 2 30min lunch breaks eat HUGE on those breaks and during the time your not on break eat a protien bar (metRX has like 400cals and 32g protien per bar and are tasty) also throw in a shake somewhere in there. You have to do what you can to get food while bulking, period. If you dont have time, make time, trust me we've all been where your at for bulking.
