How long until....

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it usually takes for a pack to clear from customs? I am tracking a pack and it says it is "inbound in customs" since Saturday ( today is Monday) and I am getting a bit concerned. Do they clear pack on weekends too?

Most packages I have received made it through in less than a week, but I had one sit there for 3 months. I had given up on it and then it showed up 4 months after the original order. Typically though it's a few days.

I've had packages leave the USA and sit in customs for a week.. then clear UK customs in hours... So as mine are outwards package's and still take time to clear id say yours is just passing through the system.

Same deal happend to me. I had some friends go to Fiji for their honeymoon and I decided my wedding present was going to be a "care package" of honymoon goodies (if you know what I mean). I mailed it to their hotel almost a month in advance and to my surprise it never made it there. I was cursing the front dest out for steeling my package. A month later it came back all banged up and had stickers all over it. It must have gone around the world and back to take almost three months!

I mostly wanted to know if, once packs reach customs, they usually clear right away or need a few days to clear.

I guess, it has only be 2 or 3 days so I hope all is good
