i was wei***ng around 280+ and dropped down to 240+
this was my last run of dnp an it was bout 2yrs ago
it was actually quite a bit higher then that but it was only for 4 days or so at that dose
well fat and glycogen and the water that glycogen retains ...
so seeing how glycogen holds 4x its weight in water thats quite a large amount of water weight to drop.. thing is i was already practically carb depleted when is started dnp thus my glycogen stores were minimal.
strength went out the window like no other but that was just due to pure exhuastion, and always being dehydrated. as soon as dnp was out of my system (2weeks after last administration) my sterngth and tightness all came back immediatly and it was great only bounced back bout 8-12lbs (water/glycogen stores)
yes it did, but i was also running pretty heavy doses of win and tren while i was on DNP which helped immensely.

One should always make a risk vs. reward analysis before chosing to do any drug without the supervision or prescription of a doctor.
For me personally, no amount of fat loss is a reward vs. the risk of ingesting an industrial floor cleaner. This stuff really has not been thoroughly studied in humans, as it shouldn't. Most phenols are extremely toxic to living organisms. If anyone actually understands what DNP does at the cellular level, which I speculate few do except for Tai and a few others. Then with this information in hand you would have to have some serious balls in order to still take it.
Anyway, the incidences of perminant eye damage are more than enough to want to stay away from it, as well as liver toxicity, and although not classified as a carcinogen, when considering 2,4 Dinitrephenols action on the cellular level it is hard to imagine that it would not at least be a mild mutagen because it is affecting a lot of things within the cell, and mutating DNA is relatively easy especially when introducing poisins. Phenols are known to be mutagens.
Anyway enough of my incoherent ramblings for tonight. DNP is a poisin, short of being some sort of professional athlete/bodybuilder, I give my strongest advice and urge everyone to stay away from it. Put in the time in the gym, clean up your diet, do your cardio, and use compounds which have a much less greater risk to your health. Losing 10lbs cannot be worth cataracts or death to any sane human being.
