    Wats 4 me?

    I am new to steroids , I have not taken any yet but I plan to real soon.
    I am 6'2 300 lbs. I have about 28% body fat. I want to lose weigh and gain strength, larger muscles as well if possible. I do not have a large amount of money to spent. What is a fairly inexpensive stack that would fit what I am looking for? I do not plan on changing my diet very much because of my schedule. I could change a few key thing's if there are any. I would like someone to recommend a good easy to find steroid for me. I would like to be down to 275 with less a good amount of bodyfat lost. thanks

    if your not willing to change your diet then your body isnt going to change. it took me a few cycles to really understand how important diet is to reaching ones goals. and if you start juicing at 28% BF then your going to be one huge mass of puffy water. what you need is to clean up your diet and wear down the bottom of those nike shoes.

    At 28% Bf No One On Here Is Going To Reconmend Anything But Good Diet And Exercise. I Know Thats Not What You Want To Hear. But Aas Is Not For You Rite Now. And If You Are Not Willing To Change Your Diet Then You Are In A World Of Trouble Even If You Are Going To Cycle. What Does Your Diet Look Like? I Willing To Bet That Your Diet Is Where Your Problem Lies. Also What Is Your Workout Routine?

    and another thing. you said you dont have a lot of money to work with. all your PCT supplies and "estrogen blockers" are going to cost you the same if not more than the juice itself. so theres something to consider.

    So I will change my Diet up, I figured I would have to. I don't really have a diet to tell you the truth. I just eat what ever, when ever im hungry. I could eat pb and j's all day long. What is it I need to do? Please don't direct me to the diet forums because I have NO idea how to navigate them and I don't know what is needed for me. What would be a good body fat% to be down to before I start a cycle?

    Come on now...Lets try and get serious with hard work before you make extreme decisions and try to take shortcuts.

    You need to cut down to around 220lbs and see where your BF is at before making hasty decisions.

    While cutting you will lose some muscle,water, and fat so expect to decrease some in strength.

    Honestly by your pic I would say a "healthy" weight for you would be between 210lbs-225lbs.

    Your goal is to be around 275lbs...You would still be 25% BF+

    get down to around 15%BF and then inject on. until then you can save money for your cycle and have everything ahead of time.

    Id also recommend a few courses in grahmmar and sphellhing.

    also toss the yellow shirt & skidz, and dont buy ne more clothes from kids r us.


    Naw for real id foucs on cardio bro.. what r ur goals?
