New Guy Needs Help
Hello all I am considering going on a cycle to cut down bodyfat and gain some mass i am just confused on what to take. I have been working out for 3 years all natural and have lost a nice amount of bodyfat but not nearly what what i want. I am currently at about 14% bf. I want to make it down to 6-8%. My diet is pretty clean. And my protein intake is about 200 g a day. I do cardio 3-4 days a week 30 mins a session after my workout. I have winny 50 and i would like to know what you guys think i should take in order to get to my goal. Thank you for your inputs.

But in all reality we need your stats....height, weight, diet, your PCT and your knowledge on AAS. Winny by itself will not cut you up, everyone thinks that but all it will do is harden the muscle up, you may gain a few lbs but if low enough BF% youll see results.
BTW, a strict diet and lots of cardio will drop BF%. I would hold off on AAS until you have these in order.
BTW, welcome to the board!

I am 5'11 181lbs, my diet consist of mostly fish, chicken and veggies when it comes to meals. I am not going to say i eat every 3 hours bc i dont. I eat oatmeal in the morning and chicken and spinach salalds mostly for lunch. And dinner is usually fish, chicken, or ground turkey with veggies. I work out 4-5 days a week as well as do cardio 30mins 3 days a week after my work outs. I take 2 protein shakes a day and i really dont know to much about aas. Please let me know what else you need to know to help me out. Thanks again for your input.

Your diet is seriously lacking and that is why you are so light. What you should do is head to the diet forum and look at bulking diets. Once you have a bulking diet down pat (you are eating that much no problem) and also have gained some weight then I would consider AAS. AAS is not an easy way out, you still need to eat big to get big. Then after that you have to eat to maintain and its still a lot. Why no red meats? You need a lot more food then what your getting. 3 meals a day and 2 protein shakes is not going to get you big at all IMHO.

Thank you for the input i will check out the bulking diets as you suggested. The only factor that i have is i want to get big but i dont want to add any more fat to my body. Is that going to be a problem with bulking diets?

Lean bulking can be done, and there are threads on this.

I know everyone says stay natural and eat but do you think that 200 week test for 3 months could hurt?

If you are not eating enough naturally then you wont gain any positives from it either. In order to gain muscle it needs nutrients and if you are not feeding your the body what it needs to grow then you will not benefit from the substance. Steroids are not Magic Beans!
If I do become mod/vet/monitor thats going to be in my signature.
