    hematocrit

    Hi i'm on deca and sust and my blood test shows that my hematocrit and hemoglobin are pretty high. Is it normal ?

    hemoglobin is at 19,2g/100ml and hematocrit is at 56,3

    you will be fine, test raises rbc's.Your hematocrit is a reflextion of that.Your edurance and cardio session should be rocken!Enjoy!...........Anything below 60 you should be fine and above is only considered illegal in sports I know people that have had it mid 60's and they were animals!

    stay hydrated and it will keeps your blood from becoming viscus(thicker) and you will have no problems.You can also take an asprin occational to thin your blood but I would not unless you a having symtoms of high blood pressure/chest pain ect...............dont take the asprin if you dont have to cause it will inhibit your gains.
