Im 36 and have worked out on and off for years and i want to have that look just once in my life.Im 5'9" and around 230, im very stocky as im sure most everyone on here is and my friend has cycled before and he suggests i use Winstrol and Deca .All im looking to do is cut and build only a little size and be around 200 to 210, so i wanted to get some experienced opinions on the suggestions my friend made or if i should consider other things to use.....................Thanks in advance

drop that bf down to something a bit more comfortable, as AAS isn't the answer.

Ok Well I Think That You Should Stick Around And Look At Some Of The Diet Forums. Get Yourself A Good Diet And Workout Routine And Get Down To Around 15% Before Cycleing. There Is Alot Of Info In On This Forum. Sorry If Thats Not What You Want To Hear..
