Well I was considering 3000+ since the quickmass drinks deliver over 1000 calories....sorry for the misunderstanding.

drop the carb shakes and replace with real food - will make a difference on what your consuming already...

here's the recipe for the shake, gixxer, thanks. I replied and hope it helps.
I use ON 100% whey protein powder strawberry flavor.
I mix:
1/2 to 1 cup of dry oats
2 scoops of protein powder (50mg)
1 to 1.5 cups of milk ( I use vit. D milk)
1 banana
blend really good to make sure the oats are fine. May have to add a couple of ice cubes towards the end if it gets warm from blending for a while. Should make about 800 cals. depending on how much oats and milk you use.
If seriously bulking you can use yogurt or ice cream or even add peanut butter. It's a lot cheaper and better calories than you get from the store bought crap and contains far less sugar.

shakes are a horrid source of calories... real food is FAR FAR more anabolic than any shake.. the only time i would ever opt for a shake is post workout or when you are in a completely depleted state (not talking bout a normal nights sleep of fasting).
you need to do alot of research on diet as that dictates everything that happens physiologically to you as for acquiring lean body mass and weight gain.

Grow up dude! If your not willing to do the research on your own, and establish a proper diet to actually do things right you better just face the facts of being skinney. I'd like to know wat all you yankee fellas do for a living cos i would never have the time to eat all that shit, let the fella spend the money and see how he goes, give him some tips about the drugs rather than drill him with ya fab diets, i see fellas get on the gear all the time and maintain a resonable diet and STILL have good gains. ease up and help a brother out.
