burning fat
hey guys im a newbie and i am just looking for some input on the best workouts and diet to burn as much fat as possible in the fastest amount of time. ive got a descent amount of muscle but since i got out of school and started working i havnt had much time at all to hit the gym.Im going to start a cycle of something sometime but figured i needed to drop some fat first.could someone please let me know if that is what i need to do and if so the fastest way to do it.

instead of the "fastest" way to burn fat, how about the "safest" way?? what are your stats... height? weight? bodyfat if you know??

im about 5'11 or 5'12 , 230 pounds and i dont know my body fat. most of my fat is on my chest and and my stomach.

Diet, cardio and a nice natural EFA stack to go with it. You may also want to check out the workout technique forum. There's something called the DOGGCRAPP workout and HIT that are geared to burning calories while you train.

Obviously you want to have your diet totally dialed but what is a good BF% to get to before starting a cycle?

I'm 5'15"
bf% should be down to around 15% before starting a cycle.

lol the most amout of fat in the shortest time is DNP brother.. but u better know what u are doin or u might kill urself .. deff not the safest by no means
