    whats up people... aight so i went to the docs office today and i was kind of unbelieveable... 15 mins into waiting in the exam room, an old man comes in saying that his wife is outside and she is having trouble breathing... im like ohh shit here we go.... so after waiting almost 1 hour and 45 mins, while the ambulences and fire trucks were leaving i figured ok now the doc will see me... well i turns out she has to get on the phone with the hospital she went to, to speak to the ER docs and shit... so i said fvck it and walked out of the office and left... but amazingly after i went out wit my girl for dinner and a movie, i maraculously felt like 80% better... the pain is minimal now and feels like a slight straign... so hopefully tomorrow ill be 100% better, then i can get back into the gym... with the way my back felt tonite im feeling that this situation isn't as bad as i thought... if its not totally better in by sunday im gonna go back to the doc... on the real tho i really do appreciate all the help i got from everybody... thanks alot guys... wish me the best!
