First Cycle gains
Hey guys..... wow i wish i had found this board earlier... anyways.....
I am currently running my first cycle which i am loving........
Dbol week 1-4 30 mgs
Test cyp 400 week
i started the cycle at 6'1 200 pounds..... probly could have stayed natty for a little longer but i chose not too. Anyways... im on week six and im up to 215..... i will be on for 12 weeks then following up with anthony roberts PCT. I expect to continue packing on the pounds... 220 was my goal.... my question is with an aggressive PCT and a great diet how much can i expect to keep? Does it vary too much from person to person to tell?????Just looking for some opinions...

It varies greatly from person to person, with diet, training, and genetics playing a larger role than the cycle itself. Good luck, keep us posted.

To add to what big said, the compounds you take also determine how much of the gains you retain. Dbol and test c will undoubtedly lead to a decent amount of water retention and some fat so expect several pounds to fall off a few weeks after discontinuing...and it isn't anything to be alarmed by...with a good diet and training (factors which u can control as opposed to genetics), even a net LBM gain of 10 lbs (or more) is pretty good by any standard.

It varies but 15 lbs is good only half way through. Happy cycling bro.
