Lifted 4 plates today
I'm on Test E 250 twice a week, I'm on my 6th week today. Oh i'll be cycling up to 12 weeks
Damn!!!, I'm only 180pounds I told myself that I was going to try it even if it was on good try. I ended up lifting that sucker off the poll and benching it. Damn@ 4 plates on each side, that's my first time ever.
For all the neewbs; if you're considering taking a first cycle, TEST E 250---
It's done wonders for me, of course with proper diet as the big boys say, much water intake, and self motivation. Thanks to all that helped me with my first cycle

hey bro. yesterday i started my 6th wk and it hit me a few days ago! feels great! this is my 2nd cycle though

Congrats on your newfound power, use it for good tho. That is impressive, ur saying your 180lbs and benched 405lbs? Good work, thats what its all about right there.

Oh yeah, I only lifted that sucker once, but that was good enough and better than not doing it at all.

Lol, that must be your first cycle then. Its always incredible how you can tell it when thats stuff kicks in. Like the week before, nothing, and then boom ur superman. Its almost like taking shots for a couple hours and they all hit you at once lol. That test e is some good shit, used it last time. Incredible results. Its always amazing how mere fractions of a gram of something can make you into superman or close to him.

did you frontload it at all? i shot a gram my first week and my strength is already up slightly. every lift was up about 5% this past week (week 2 of cycle) however nothin too significant. maybe just placebo effect.

Thank you for all the positive post, INTENSE, yes I took care of that,
and no I did not frontload,
This is my very first cycle ever; Before my cycle I was only maxing 2 -45's and 1 -35 plate, And yes this is my true weight 180.
I have not even felt the full effect of my cycle Friday today or yesterday how ever you say it. was my first shot of my 6th week, so I still got some more ways' to go,
Maybe I can hit 5 in a couple weeks lol
I thank everyone on the positive post and feedback, this makes me wanna learn more the correct way.
and I keep boneing like a monster,lol

( i highly dought that) dude ur 5'6" 180lbs. ur chest must be all ur wieght. if u bench that u prolly cant squat crap cause all ur muscle is in ur chest. and u have no authority to ban people!!! do u have pics of urself? something so amazing needs to be seen to believe. im not being mean i just want proof!

No need to prove to any individual, I'm not hear to amuse anyone, i'm hear to learn and express my learnings. Plus I have many tattoos that say names on my body that i will not expose to any forum to place me in any harm.
I'm not a body builder therefor I do not work out on all my muscles.
I only like to work out pure upper body, Like i've said, i'm in MMA, so my legs come from cardio but I train hard for the upper body
