Many peoples favorite thing's to do are the arms, or legs etc. and they will emphasize on those most.
mine is my chest, sholders, tri's, and bi's
Plus I could care a less of anyone believs me or not, I'm hear to help as I've been helped, there have been some big dogs on here that have congradulated me rather than rude conduct. So most of us need to learn as we lead by example

stabs?? i specifically said i wasnt burning him. i just said i dont believe it thats all. i dont want anyones amusement. all i say is i dont believe it and until he proves me wrong (which i hope he does, serioulsy not burning , i want to see it) what kind of leverage is 5'6" 180lbs? leverage comes from a longer structure to change torgue ratio! he is short not tall! im intitled to my opinion! and i wasnt talkin to u in the first place.
he could easily prove it by taking a pic and photo cropin the pic...
i just wanted to see.
usually if i tell i guy im 5'9" 190lbs and i sqaut 700lbs . he probably want so see a pic of my legs right?
and MMA has 100% to do with leg strength. I would know. legs are your everything in this sport.

cool then I will take your word brutha... I am a heavy pusher too and I lift pretty hard... but last cycle put me from around 370-405 for 2.. and it was a heavy cycle...just thought you might have been mistaken on your previous max b/c 295-405 is pretty unheard of. good job then and I will leave my comment at that.

Pic looks pretty good.... if you are really into MMa you should work your legs... you are missing a lot of stregnth and weight from the mass on legs... still hard to believe that you were only at 295 before... I know a lot of power lifters and once you get in the heavy range, moving up slows way down... anyhow, good luck..

so you have pretty good mass on legs and a good sized upper... now you have to prove you are only 180....lol i am similar sizes except you appear to be a lil more lean, but I weigh 227.

Yah I have been training on and off for 4 years now... Legit Purple Belt out of a Gracie Affiliated School.. I just need to focus and devote... I will do it soon enough... just working out the kinks in my life right now.. and then I keep wondering... if I just devoted myself to nothing but that well then I wouldnt have any of these Kinks... ahhh such a catch 22.
