    Test E and Deca

    1st i have done with deca 200mg/wk for 6 wks. now this is my second cycle, i want to stack test with deca for 8 wks cycle would it help me to bulk up?

    How about some stats and proposed pct.

    by the way your first cylcle of deca at 200mgs ew week for weeks is a waste of gear and cash.

    deca should be run at no less than 400 mgs minimum per week and no less than 10 weeks so your first cycle wasent even a cycle imo

    deca needs to be run for at least 10 weeks and 200mgs a week is way to low of a dose. deca and test is a great combo and if you run a 12 week cycle at around 600mgs of test and 400-500mgs of deca you should have great gains

    as stated above that was an awful first cycle. your proposed second cycles looks better but run it out to 10-12 weeks and alot more research and get your pct in order before you start.

    thanx for replying..my age is 22 and i m 6'2" and going to gym for 2.5 yrs... if i use deca @400/wk and test E@500/wk then what sould i use for pct and at which time i should start that?

    wow 6'2" 176? you need to get your diet in check. put at least 15 lbs naturally with your diet then continue with aas, at least if you put on 15 lbs naturally you know you can grow with aas. i think it would be waste right now. but i know it isnt what you wanna hear but i will give you my 2 cents anyway.

    agreed as usual^
    additionally, if you don't know enough about pct to at least propose a pct for critique, then that is yet another reason you should not be cycling yet.

    The only thing people would SPOON feed you here is some FOOD. You're quite light at 6'2" 176lbs. You should eat more. As for the spoon comment, do some research then ask questions. Youre wanting to be told everything. Post what you THINK would be ok....THEN people can steer you in the right direction... Good luck.
